What TRAVIGLOB does, and where the limits are

The company

TRAVIGLOB is a travel, visa and documentation company operating from HITEC City, Hyderabad. We prepare and file visa applications, we book the travel that goes with them, and we handle the attestation and paperwork that sits underneath both.

The business exists because those three things are usually bought from three different people who never speak to each other. An applicant pays a visa agent, books flights through an aggregator and gets certificates attested at a shop near the passport office — and then discovers that the appointment slot is six weeks out, the fare is non-refundable, and the degree certificate needed a step nobody mentioned.

We put all three in one place because the sequencing between them is where the money and the time are actually lost.

How we work

Every case starts with a conversation rather than a form, because the right route is rarely obvious from a request. From that we produce a written document list and a written quote, and nothing is chargeable until you have both.

We do not work on commission from universities, airlines or insurers in a way that shapes what we recommend, and where a booking earns us a commission we will tell you so if you ask.

What we will not do

We do not guarantee visa outcomes. Nobody can, and an agency that says otherwise is either misunderstanding the process or misrepresenting it. Decisions belong to consulates, embassies and immigration departments, applying their own rules to your circumstances.

We do not provide regulated immigration advice. In the United Kingdom, paid immigration advice may only be given by advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority or by qualified lawyers. Canada restricts paid representation to consultants regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and to lawyers. Australia restricts it to registered migration agents and lawyers. We work inside those lines and refer where the case needs it.

We also do not submit documents we have reason to believe are false, and we end an engagement if we find that we have been given any. A misrepresentation finding can carry a multi-year bar in most destinations, which is a far larger problem than a refusal.
