Visa application support, travel planning and documentation
What each service actually involves, what you are responsible for, and what we are responsible for.
Visa application support
We work out which country's consulate your application belongs to and which category applies, because getting either wrong means the file is returned before anyone reads it. We then build a document list for that specific post rather than a generic one, complete the forms with you, book the appointment, and run a review pass over the whole file before submission.
What we are not doing is telling you what to say. The file describes your actual circumstances accurately, and if those circumstances make refusal likely we tell you that instead of submitting anyway.
Travel planning and booking
Itineraries built around the visa timeline. For a visa-dependent trip, the bookings that go into the application are structured so a refusal does not also cost you the fare, and they become firm bookings once the decision is in.
For destinations that need no visa, that constraint disappears and we plan around season, internal transport and pace instead — which is where most of the damage to an itinerary is actually done.
Attestation and documentation
Apostille and embassy attestation of educational, personal and commercial documents, certified translation, police clearance certificates, and passport assistance in India. These are procedural services where the value is knowing the route in advance — whether a destination takes an apostille or requires full embassy attestation, and which state-level step comes first.
Corporate travel
For companies with people moving regularly, a managed account with traveller profiles held once, passport and visa expiry tracked, consolidated invoicing and a named contact. The visa pipeline is managed across the whole travelling population rather than trip by trip, which is what stops last-minute fares.

Questions about how we work
What is included in visa application support?
Route and consulate selection, a written document list matched to the current published checklist, completion and review of the application forms, appointment booking, supporting letters, and a pre-submission review whose only purpose is to find what a visa officer would query.
Do I have to book my travel through TRAVIGLOB if you handle my visa?
No. The two services are separate and you can take either one on its own. They work better together because the booking dates and the appointment dates are then sequenced against each other, but there is no requirement to buy both.
How quickly does TRAVIGLOB respond to an enquiry?
Within one working day, with a document list and a written quote. If a case is time-critical, say so in the enquiry and we will come back the same day.
