Terms of service

What we provide

TRAVIGLOB provides visa application support, document preparation, attestation coordination and travel booking. We are a service provider engaged by you; we are not a government body, and we are not an agent of any consulate, embassy or immigration authority.

What we do not provide

We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Decisions are made by the relevant authority applying its own rules, and neither we nor anyone else can control or predict them with certainty.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us complete and accurate information, including previous refusals, overstays and any adverse immigration history anywhere in the world.
  • Provide genuine, unaltered documents. We may decline or end an engagement if information or documents are found to be false, misleading, altered or otherwise unsuitable for submission. Any applicable fee or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable law.
  • Attend appointments, interviews and biometrics enrolments you have been booked for.
  • Pay government, consulate and visa centre fees directly, unless we have agreed in writing to pay them on your behalf.

Fees

Our service fee is quoted in writing before work begins and is separate from government, consular, visa centre and other third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable quotation or service confirmation will identify the fees payable for the relevant service.

Payment arrangements, including the applicable payment method, timing and any taxes or charges, will be communicated to you before or at the time the relevant service is engaged. Different services may have different payment arrangements.

Cancellation and changes

You may request cancellation or changes to a service, subject to the stage of work, the nature of the service and any third-party commitments already made. Any applicable refund, cancellation, amendment or administrative charges will be handled in accordance with the service terms communicated to you and applicable law.

Travel bookings and other third-party services are also subject to the terms, availability, cancellation rules and charges of the relevant airline, hotel, insurer, visa application centre or other supplier. Government and third-party fees may be non-refundable where the relevant authority or supplier does not provide a refund.

Liability

We are responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions of consulates, embassies or immigration authorities, changes in law or policy, appointment availability, processing delays, events outside our reasonable control, or the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels and other third-party suppliers, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights that apply to you.
