Last updated 13 October 2026.
TRAVIGLOB handles passport data, financial documents and travel history. This page sets out what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
TRAVIGLOB, HITEC City, Hyderabad 500081, Telangana, India. For any question about this policy, write to consult@traviglob.com.
Where applicable to the services we provide, we handle personal data in accordance with the data protection and privacy requirements that apply to us and to the relevant service or jurisdiction. In India, we handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection and privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
What we collect
- Enquiry data. Your name, email address, telephone number, destination country, intended travel period and whatever you tell us in the message field.
- Case data, if you become a client. Passport details, photographs, financial documents, employment and education records, travel and visa history, and family details where the application requires them. Some information may be sensitive or otherwise subject to enhanced protection, and we collect and use it only where reasonably necessary for the requested service or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
- Website measurement data. Pages viewed, the site or search engine you arrived from, device type, and campaign parameters. Where our systems use technical measures such as hashing for security, rate-limiting or measurement, those measures are used for the relevant operational purposes.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide the service — where necessary to provide a service requested by you, perform an agreement with you, or take steps at your request before entering one.
- To submit applications to consulates, embassies and immigration authorities — where necessary to provide the requested service and with any consent or other lawful basis required by applicable law.
- To keep the site secure and stop automated abuse — to protect our website, systems, users and business operations, subject to applicable law.
- To meet accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations — where required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Who we share it with
Only where the service requires it: the consulate, embassy or immigration authority handling your application; the visa application centre operating on their behalf, such as VFS Global or BLS International; airlines, hotels and insurers where you have asked us to book; attestation and translation providers; and our hosting, communications, technology and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide the service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not knowingly share personal data with advertisers or data brokers for their independent marketing purposes.
International transfers
Submitting a visa application may require your information to be provided to authorities, visa application centres, suppliers or service providers in another country. Where this is necessary for the service you request, the transfer will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements. Our website and related systems may be hosted or processed in India or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred across jurisdictions, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become cases: We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with applicable legal, regulatory or operational requirements, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
- Client case files: We retain client information for as long as reasonably necessary for providing and documenting our services, maintaining appropriate business and legal records, resolving disputes, protecting our legitimate interests, or complying with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or tax requirements. Different categories of records may therefore be retained for different periods.
- Website measurement data: Measurement data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational and analytical purposes and is removed, aggregated or anonymised in accordance with our applicable data-management practices.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access to personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis on which we rely. Write to consult@traviglob.com. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law and within the applicable timeframe.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to raise a complaint with the relevant data protection or privacy authority in your jurisdiction.
One limit worth stating plainly: once an application or information has been submitted to a consulate, embassy, visa application centre or other third party, we cannot control or delete information that is held by that third party. Their retention and handling of the information is governed by their own policies and applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access to case information is limited according to business need and appropriate access controls are used for systems that contain personal data.
